Corbett Irrigation has installed and serviced irrigation systems in a wide variety of commercial settings, including: athletic fields, office buildings, parks, and commercial buildings and grounds. We have completed design/build projects as well as implemented designs prepared by others.

Our clients include major construction companies as general contractors, irrigation engineering and design firms, as well as landscape architects. We have found that one of the major challenges for a commercial project is the integration and coordination of the subcontracted specialties.

It is our goal to understand the scope of the project, and how the irrigation activities fit in, both in terms of schedule and function. With this approach we can make sure the irrigation component is successful while contributing to the success of the entire project.

For high volume users we recommend an Annual Irrigation Efficiency Audit and Analysis

During an Irrigation Efficiency Audit and Analysis, a trained individual can evaluates a sprinkler system for uniformity and make suggestions that will improve performance and operation schedules.

The audit will identify these conditions:

ü  Broken or damaged sprinklers

ü  Correct adjustment of sprinklers to prevent watering of sidewalks, driveway, walls and other hardscapes

ü  Proper operating pressure (misting caused by high pressure, donut wetting patterns indicating low pressure)

ü  Sprinkler height adjustment (grass interference with spray patterns)

ü  Poor uniformity indicated by dry spots/wet spots

ü  Exact adjustment of sprinkler controller to match weather conditions
